Basic Business (30 hours)

- Introduction to business vocabulary.
- Talking about your job and company.
- Telephone skills.
- Eating at the restaurant.
- Giving and understanding directions.
- Email English.
- Asking questions.
- Describing faulty goods.
- Giving a presentation. These skills are all adapted to the learner’s work situation and adapted to the level of English required.
Role plays are used to validate skills learnt.

Telephone Operator (25 hours)

- Telephone etiquette.
- Requesting information.
- Troubleshooting.
- Explaining a process.
- Reporting progress on a situation.
- Email basics. Learning is supported by quizzes and role plays which are adapted to the learner’s job situation.

How can I pay for a course ?

Once a contract is signed it's possible to pay the monthly invoices by bank transfer or cheque.

Do I have a certificate at the end of a course ?

An "attestation" is given at the end of each training course detailing level and what has been covered on the course.

Will I be able to speak English at the end of a course ?

As long as you invest during and between the lessons you wil see the progress. Many resources will be made available to you for this purpose.
